Project scope, cost, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once development has started. Any refund or revision terms will be included in your project agreement.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or usage rights as defined in the project contract. Softenic Solutions may retain the right to use general know-how, frameworks, and non-client-specific components developed during the project.

We treat client business data, source code, and project details as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or approved by the client in writing.

We aim to deliver high-quality work on schedule, but timelines may change due to scope updates, third-party dependencies, or events outside our control. We will communicate delays as early as possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softenic Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You may not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content without permission, or use our services for unlawful activities.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled in courts or forums located in Bangladesh, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
